I run RJS s.p., a registered sole-proprietor engineering practice in Slovenia. My work spans web application development, backend systems, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure — typically for small businesses, startups, and teams that need a reliable technical partner rather than a large agency.

I work on fixed-scope engagements: we agree on what needs to be built, I build it end-to-end, and you receive a documented, working system. No handoffs between specialists, no inflated project teams.

When a project is complete, you own it fully — source code, documentation, and deployment. If you want to continue with a retainer or a follow-up scope, that option is always open. If you want a clean handoff to an internal team, I make sure they have everything they need.
